Boil water in a pan on the stovetop or use a temperature-controlled teapot to heat the water to 212 F.  Add the lemongrass tea leaf to a tea strainer and place it in a teacup. Pour the boiling water into the teacup and steep for 5 to 8 minutes. Strain the tea and enjoy!
